Global Crisis - Survival tips

Have you ever thought you are in too far and don't know how to get out of the situation you are in? Everyone around you is telling you there is a Global Crisis going on and we all need to be scared that we don't lose our jobs, house, family or life.

Moderation is the key.

Alcohol intake reduce this to a limit that will not get you in trouble. If you have to drink make sure you know your limit. Too many people don't know their limit and then blame the alcohol for their behaviour when they get in trouble.

It does not matter if you are a sport's or movie star or just your average person down the street.

Alcohol can change your life and destroy who you are.

Drugs and alternative chemically advanced substances - if your not dying from cancer why are you abusing your body with drugs be it prescribed or chemically advanced. Today's drugs that are being pushed on us are not the same as the home grown weed that was popular in the 60's and 70's. Why would you want to help those that are pushing it live a better live when you the poor bugger just want's to get the next fix. We are surrounded by drug pushers the doctors have drug companies push a type of drug to subcribe to their patients, the drug dealers find smaller drug users to push their chemical toxins on the streets to the innocent public.

Don't put these drugs in your body you don't know what type of poisons are being used to make your head spin for a few hours or day's. If you do have to take some type of drug for pain think about a pain killer that is as natural as posible and then I would say grown your own at least you know what is in it. Home grown weed, should be made legal for personal use than we would not have the $$ being made on it.

Ownership of goods - Why do you need 2 or 5 homes? Do not go in over your head placing everything you own on credit, do not buy the 2nd or 3rd home and then work for the rest of your life, to own something when you are gone.

Too much emphasis is put on owning property that you will never own anyway and if your are leaving it for your children? When they reach the age that you are at now they will be looking after their own nest and you will most proberbly need your funds to help you survive your health.

Don't over work - there are a lot of people losing their jobs today. Make sure that when you find the next job that you enjoy what you are doing, don't overwork and don't come home feeling like the day's are just running into the other to survive. Don't let your boss push you to the limit in the position you are in right now. Make sure they employ enough staff to do the jobs that need to be done correctly. There are too many businesses cutting down on staff and it's really annoying when the quality of what is expected is not there anymore due to lack of staff. If the service is not up to standard don't buy from them, tell the owners to get their act together and do the job that you expect from them.

Dont eat food out when you can make it better at home.

Next:

You don't need that 2nd car or the latest and greatest on the market. A vehicle as long as it gets you from A to B is what it's for to get you there. No one is going to think you are better because you drive a Lamborghini and no one is going to think less of you because you prefer to walk.

Excessive exercising - Don't over do your training, we all have to do some type of exercise to stay in tune but don't over do this and end up paying the price for it later from injury substained from over training. If you are not training for the Olympics why are you trying like you are going to them. This is very serious, most people that live to 100 did not get there because of training their body to the bones. Most people that live to 100 did so be doing things in moderation. Sure they walked or did some type of training or gardening but I bet you not many body builders live to 100 and if there is 1 or 2 out there they probable started their training at a later stage in their life when they were not thinking about looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger who already had the foundations of a great physique before he became a champion body builder and one of the greatest.

Do not think you need to look like Arnold when you are training in the gym.

Moderation is the key....
