What do you know about love and what it is? Is it a feeling you have when thinking about someone special? How do you define the true meaning of love?
Well you can't because love for each person is different. Men say their love is by how they react to a women in a sexual way. Women feel it in their heart the warmth that surounds them when thinking about that special someone.
In a long term relationship love changes every 5 or 10 years to more being use to that person and being able to get along with them. The love is stronger as years go by due to appreciation and respect for the person you are with.
When and how does love die? When two people who thought they were in love start to see the other person without a loving feeling and it's a chore to be around them. When it's a chore to be in the same company as them and there is no conversation that is stimulating.
Loving someone means you want them to be the best at what they can be and you are there to help them achieve their goals. If you feel jealous of their achievements or you are in competition with them with everything they do than that is not love.
Love is being able to say sorry ..........
Sometimes the feeling of love takes over and everything you do in your day is consumed with this good feeling. That is the feeling of being in love. This does not last it's something that comes along many times in your life if you allow it and for some only once in their life. The feeling of being in love in most relationships turns into love and in some it fizzels out to a good time. (Lust).
Don't mistake lust for love ...lust is only short lived, love is deeper.
When you love someone for what is inside them and not just the appearance then it will last longer than just going by the initial attraction. Looks.
When watching a show like 'Biggest Loser' take a good look at the before and after and remember that before when you may not have been attracted to that person, there was the after inside of him/her all along.
Love makes you feel happy, you glow, you feel secure and you feel wanted.
It's good to be loved...
